Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once the order has been confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email.
Please message us on our website or send us an email at contact@lodie.store for cancellation requests.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and with the LODIE tags attached.
The buyer will be entitled to a refund once the item(s) are returned successfully. The initial delivery fee is non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the LODIE.STORE team.
Please contact us before returning any item.

Size Exchanges
Size exchange is available under the condition that the item(s) is unused and still has the LODIE.STORE tag attached.
Request for size exchange can only be made within 14 days of the delivery date and subject to availability.
If you wish to receive your item(s) faster, it's better to cancel the sell and make a new one.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees (return & reship) and the return address will be provided after the exchange is confirmed by the LODIE.STORE customer service team.

Reasons for Unacceptable Returns/Exchange
Under the following circumstances, we will not be able to process your returns/exchange:
- Products not meeting the criteria for “14-day Returns/Exchange ”.
- Products that have been improperly used, including without limitation, having touched extremely damp objects, chemicals, gasoline, paint, detergent, solvent, or cooking oil, or having been overheated.
- Products with loose threads or cracks due to external scratches by hard objects, or internal wear and tear.
- Products with colour fading due to display.
- Products with unclean appearance.
- Non LODIE.STORE products (Product without LODIE.STORE Quality Control tag attached on the products).
Customs Tariff
We currently do not offer prepaid duties and taxes for some countries, so please be aware that your orders could incur customs charges (outside EU).
If the fees are applicable, they are not included in the transaction made and the person receiving the parcel will be billed directly by the courier in the designated country.
Customs taxes, import duties, or other customs-related fees might be involved and the charges are determined by the Customs office of the country of delivery. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel and these charges cannot be refunded.
Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
LODIE.STORE has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
The buyer is encouraged to contact the local customs office for current charges prior to the purchase.
